“Music noise from an onsite bar, nearby nightclub, and street noise was causing numerous guest noise complaints. We tried to resolve the complaints by moving guests to new rooms or comping meals, drinks, and room nights. We also installed white noise machines, however, those didn't solve the problem and often got broken or stolen, so we turned to MODIO. After a 4-unit trial and positive guest survey feedback, we moved forward with a full 250-room implementation.
